Wear This Fit (“we”, “us”) operates wearthisfit.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

• If you join the drop list: your email address.
• If you place an order: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number if you provide one, the sizes you select, and what you bought.
• Automatically: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, kept for security and troubleshooting.

We never receive your card number. Payment details are entered on a page hosted by Stripe and go directly to them.

Cookies

Our own pages at wearthisfit.com set no cookies and store nothing on your device.

The checkout page is different: it is hosted by Stripe, and Stripe sets its own cookies there for fraud prevention and to operate its Link saved-payment feature. That happens on Stripe's page under Stripe's control, and is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy. If you never proceed to checkout, no cookies are set at any point.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is needed to complete your order:

• Stripe — to take payment and issue refunds.
• The retailers who supply each piece — because every piece is sourced individually and shipped straight to you, we give the supplying retailer your name and shipping address so they can deliver it. They receive nothing else about you.
• Our email provider — to send your order confirmation and reply to your messages.
• Our hosting and automation providers — who store the order record on our behalf.

How we use it

To take payment, source and deliver your order, handle returns and refunds, answer your messages, and — if you joined the drop list — to email you when a new drop goes live. Every drop-list email has an unsubscribe option.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and returns. Drop-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Email hello@wearthisfit.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. Deleting order records may be limited by the accounting records we are required to keep.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Social accounts

Our own publishing tools connect to our brand accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest solely to post our own content. They do not collect information about other users of those platforms.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always at this address.
